The Center for High Throughput Computing is an available resource to faculty-sponsored members of the UW-Madison community, and others. It is the proper place to conduct both HPC and HTC computing that is on a larger scale than our modest cluster in Statistics and if you are working with faculty researchers. The CHTC primarily uses Condor for HTC job submissions. Many concepts are the same in cluster computing – take your skills to the next level with the CHTC and their wonderful support staff. The lab at Statistics will definitely let you know if you should be moving over to the CHTC for your work.
