A limited amount of free statistical consulting is available to UW-campus researchers through the course STAT 992 “Statistical Consulting Practicum”, instructed by the Director and Manager of the Consulting Group, and through the course STAT 998 “Statistical Consulting”, instructed by a faculty member in the Department of Statistics. We are looking for scientists who may be interested to work with one of our students in the class, under the supervision of the instructors.
- STAT 992: the next session will be Fall 2026. We would need to be able to do the entirety of the work either between October 12 to November 8, or between November 9 to December 12, during which time the student could meet with you for up to 8 hours.
