Guanhua Chen

I am an Associate Professor of Biostatistics and Medical Informatics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I got my Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014 and before joining UW, I was an Assistant Professor of Biostatistics at Vanderbilt University.

Research Interest
Develop statistical learning methods for clinical and biomedical research, with a particular emphasis on the discovery of complex patterns in heterogeneous, high-dimensional-omics data (genome, microbiome) and electronic health record data to advance precision medicine.
